Para uno de nuestros clientes del rubro salud estamos en la búsqueda de un Senior Delivery Manager.
The role will act as Business Analyst to collect, triage and analyze business requests in the
digital channels (web, mobile, eDetailing) for global internal customers.
Tasks:
• Manage digital projects mainly in the web, mobile apps and eDetailing areas as Project Manager using either Waterfall or Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Manage the relationships with external vendors, monitoring them through pre-defined project/service KPIs.
• Execute QA of websites/mobile apps or eDetailing before they are ultimately presented
Experience:
• +4 years of experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus (SEO, web-analytics, campaign
management)
• Communication skills, especially working in virtual teams
• Conflict and expectation management
• Business analysis skills
• Oral and written fluent in English and Portuguese
