Para uno de nuestros clientes del rubro salud estamos en la búsqueda de un Sr Data Engineer.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data warehousing, and big data
technologies. They will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data
pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven initiatives.
Responsabilidades:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest,
process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
2. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data
requirements and implement data solutions that meet their needs.
3. Optimize data pipelines and data storage solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-
efficiency.
4. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant industry regulations and
standards.
5. Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and
data catalog.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices, and
recommend improvements to existing processes and infrastructure.
Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or
a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, such as
PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms, such
as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Deseable:
•Strong knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and
Kafka.
