Para uno de nuestros clientes del rubro salud estamos en la búsqueda de un Business & Support Analyst.

This role is responsible to provide functional/technical support and consultancy
throughout the lifecycle of Consent & Preference projects (requirements, build, test, UAT,
deploy, hypercare and day-to-day maintenance).

Responsabilidades:

- Work with business clients to collect, understand and analyze business requirements; and
break them down them into consistent, easy-to-read and comprehensive user stories. Help
configuring OneTrust data models and workflows.
- Play a critical role during testing phases to ensure we deliver quality and proof-tested
solutions, that meet business requirements. Write end-to-end test scenarios and have them
executed (automate those tests whenever possible).
- Monitor OneTrust ecosystem (incl. the interfaces) and manage issues (identify, anticipate,
escalate).
- Create/design metrics and dashboards leveraging OneTrust reporting capabilities. Help
measure the business value we deliver as a team.
- Help to enhance/optimize consent-related IT operating processes & governance, document
good practices, and ensure they are being adopted.


Requisitos:

- Past exposure to privacy solutions (such as OneTrust)
- Knowledge of/exposure to Digital Marketing solutions is a plus (CRM,
campaign management, web analytics)

-Inglés avanzado (excluyente)

Deseables:

- Intermediate to high experience, enough to be able to manage conflicts,
challenge business customers, and keep the focus on overarching
goal/vision.
- Ability to provide support for running operations, issue management and
problem solving.

Modalidad de trabajo híbrida en zona Munro.
