We are seeking a motivated and creative Learning Experience
Designer (LXD) to join our Digital Workplace Learning team.
As an LXD, you will play a crucial role in developing and
delivering engaging, effective, and tailored learning
experiences that support the upskilling of our employees
This includes:
Design and develop Digital Tailored Trainings (DTTs) to
address specific employee learning needs.Conduct
Learning Needs Assessments (LNAs) to gather insights
into employee learning gaps and inform curriculum
development.Build comprehensive learning curriculums
that align with business objectives and employee
development goals.Create engaging learning curriculums
for online sessions that utilize various instructional
methods and technologies.Contribute to the overall
upskilling and reskilling initiatives for our employees.
Work with the LXP platform to build
learning paths based on employee demands and skill
requirements.Measure and track the effectiveness of
learning programs by collecting and analyzing data on
learner engagement, knowledge retention, and
performance improvement.Stay up-to-date on the latest
trends and technologies in learning experience design to
incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
Experience:
Experiencie in training development or learning
designment.
Basic IT knowledge
Advanced English level
